RIP Beverly Carter

After the recent abduction and loss of Beverly Carter, it has made many agents scared and worried to show houses or hold open houses. Although this is not the first one to happen it was close to home; Walt Temple Properties would like to offer their condolences to her family and friends. We have y’all in our thoughts and prayers. During this time Walt Temple Properties has gone through a few safety precautions to ensure that our agents are safe.

• We will be asking that at open houses that visitors sign in with full name, address, phone number, and e-mail.
• Our agents will be calling every hour to check in with someone whether it be an office friend, a relative, or a close friend.
• Safety is Walt Temple’s Priority to not only their agents but also their clients, or potential clients.
